Situation

The property is located in the municipality of Augst on a little frequented road with an unobstructable view of the Rhine. Within a few minutes you have motorway access to the road network of the whole of Switzerland. Basel SBB railway station is a good 11 km away. The international airport "Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg" is less than 20 km away.

Municipality

The municipality of Augst lies on the northeastern edge of the Basel region between Ergolz, Violenbach and the Rhine.
